How and when will I receive access?
Presale access codes, links and instructions will be emailed to all eligible fans at 5pm on Monday 2nd December 2024.

Am I guaranteed a ticket if I pre-order the album?
Tickets are not guaranteed with your album pre-order. We are providing presale access and tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis. Maximum 6 tickets per person.
How many tickets can I purchase during presale access?
Presale tickets are limited to maximum 6 per email address.
Tickets will be sold first come, first served basis. We expect a high demand and cannot guarantee tickets.
If I place more than one order, will I get additional access codes?
No, all fans eligible for presale access will receive one code and be able to purchase up to 6 tickets each.

What if I purchase from a different retailer or store, do I qualify for presale access?
No. To qualify for access, you must have purchased from Abel Selaocoe’s Official European Store (https://shop.thisisdig.com/dig/artists/abel-selaocoe/) or registered via the sign up form before 3pm GMT on Monday 2nd December 2024. If you purchase via another retailer, you will not be eligible for presale access.
